What makes it great: Finding a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Logan Circle at this price point is near impossible. I am even more surprised that it has so many nice upgrades. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Beyond the upgrades this is just a really unique property. The unit has a balcony but there is also a roof deck.
Why you should think twice: This may be too good to be true. I have a feeling that the bedrooms may be small.
