What makes it great: I can’t help but get excited about places like this. Both charming and affordable, this one bedroom in Columbia Heights has a lot going for it but it looks like it needs some love. There is a fireplace, large windows, and french doors that lead out to small balcony. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: As I said, this place may need some love. Also, I saw this same listing on Craigslist but the apartment had carpet. Let’s hope this one is the real deal.
