What makes it great: I thought I found the best deal west of Dupont yesterday. I was wrong. This cozy little studio is super affordable at $1200 a month. This isn’t a large space but the current tenant has made the most of it by creating a clear living and sleeping space. The track lighting makes the unit bright. Also notice the fireplace peaking out from behind the couch.
Why you should think twice: There isn’t a full kitchen and this place is tiny.
