What makes it great: I love this apartment’s homey feel. There are hardwood floors throughout, lots of windows, and a private balcony. I also like that this is a small apartment building with only 9 units. The ad says that this place may be able to accommodate three but I think it would be a tight squeeze.
Why you should think twice: Dated kitchen and no central air.
