What makes if great: It is a little bit difficult to tell from the pictures but this studio has a seemingly killer kitchen. The appliances are modern and I love the white cabinets. I also love the blue walls. It is so nice to see something other than awful off-white. There is also incentive for longer leases.
Why you should think twice: No square footage given. However, the layout seems nice. No central air.
