What makes it great: I love a good hook. It was hard not to click on a link that said “ridiculously sunny.” Unless the pictures are doctored, this is true. This spacious one bedrooms has big windows, hardwood floors, and is super close to all the conveniences of Columbia Heights. Though not included, I like the quirky art and random plant. Note there are some parking options.
Why you should think twice: It looks like the ad is also pushing other units in the building. Be wary of misleading pictures. The kitchen is also dated.
