What makes it great: I don’t think this deal is too good to be true. This place is definitely underpriced but my guess is that it needs a little TLC. It is also far from a metro station. Although the ad says the house has been recently renovated. Perks include a washer and dryer, private patio, and of course, exposed brick. Pets considered.
Why you should think twice: Take a good look before you commit to this place. If it meets expectations, jump on it because it will go fast.
