What makes it great: It is hard to decide if this apartment would be considered a part of Dupont or Adams Morgan. In my opinion, it is right where these two neighborhoods come together. The nice thing about this apartment is there are two bathrooms, making it easy to share if you have a roommate. The kitchen is open with big windows. There is a fireplace and washer and dryer. Outside there is a small terrace.
Why you should think twice: I looks like this place may be carpeted? It is hard to tell.
