What makes it great: Excuse the mess because this place has potential. First of all, it is huge. 650 square feet is big for a studio and means you can do a lot with the space. There are hardwood floors, an updated bathroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer. There is even an “amazing annual block party.”
Why you should think twice: It’s hard to get a feel for this place based on the pictures but I definitely think it is worth a look.
