What makes it great: This place teeters on the edge of being really cool or run down. My gut says this place has potential. I obviously love all the exposed brick and old wood oven. The bay windows are nice and the back door also seems to let in good light. I am not sure if the patio is shared. You can’t get any closer to the heart of Capitol Hill than this. Pet friendly.
Why you should think twice: I am not sure if this is a studio or one bedroom.
