What makes it great: I have always been a fan of this building. Though 16th Street can get busy, the building isn’t right on the street and is surrounded by nice landscaping. Recently renovated, this studio has hardwood floors, a new bathroom, new countertops, and great custom shutters. Unit is on the fourth floor. Meridian Hill Park is just across the street.
Why you should think twice: As I mentioned, 16th Street can be busy.
