What makes it great: An historic studio in one of my favorite neighborhoods is tough to pass up. This studio is on the top floor and has a great layout. A foyer makes a huge difference when living in a studio. It is nice to have some separation between your living space and front door. You can also get creative and turn the space into an office nook or reading corner. The kitchen and bath have been updated and there are excellent views. Most utilities are included. There are seven parking spots behind the building that are first come, first serve. Pets considered.
Why you should think twice: It is great that you have a parking option but who knows how hard it is to snag one of those spots. The current setup is a little crowded.
