What makes it great: If you to live in Kalorama with your pet, look no further than the Shawmut. There is rarely any availability here because tenants LOVE it. I recently met a woman who lived in the building for 20 years! It is historic, affordable, and an awesome location for pets. No pet fees either. If you reach Sharon, tell her Jamie from EBDC sent you her way. She is fabulous.
Why you should think twice: This particular layout seems a little bit awkward. It looks like you walk right into the kitchen.
