What makes it great: Converting a den into a bedroom is one of the oldest tricks in the book for saving money in DC. I am sure the den is tiny but these upgrades might be worth the squeeze. I looked at this building when I first moved to DC. The building is a little eccentric but the deals are good. All utilities included!
