What makes it great: I challenge you to find a better deal in Logan Circle. This is a true one bedroom right off of the traffic circle. Though it is an english basement, large windows at the front of the apartment bring in lots of light. Both the living area and kitchen seem pretty spacious. The bedroom is another story.
Why you should think twice: The bedroom is definitely small and there appears to be only one tiny window.
