What makes it great: You can’t tell much from these photos but I think this could be worth a look. The reason I say this is because it is a great price for a one bedroom, close to Dupont Circle, and pet friendly. Hardwood floors also make it feel less like a basement. The overhead lighting will help to keep the apartment bright.
Why you should think twice: The apartment is accessible through a “well lighted alley.” Well lighted or not, alleys can be scary.
