What makes it great: The Valley Vista is one of my favorite condominium buildings in DC. There are often units available for a reasonable price. Better yet, this particular unit is huge. The unit measures about 500 square feet and has nice bonus space like a kitchen nook and dressing area. I really like how the hardwood floors even extend into the kitchen. The Valley Vista is tucked way back in Adams Morgan, close to Connecticut Avenue so it is relatively peaceful.
Why you should think twice: Because the building is tucked away, the heart of Adams Morgan and Dupont are a bit of a walk.
