The high traffic surrounding the Shaw Flat post from last week, made me realize some of you may be searching for the ultimate bargain. I don’t usually dip that low on the rent scale. As rents go down, scams go up. I decided to do some digging on the low end to see what I could find. I found a ton of scams but a few places that may be promising.
