What makes it great: Is this even possible? A 900 square foot studio? Either this is an unbelievable find or a huge joke. The ad lists a living room, dining room, and patio area. I have never heard of a formal dining space in a studio. It is also interesting to have these formal spaces but still no separate bedroom. This is a place you are going to have to see to believe.
Why you should think twice: 900 square foot seems fishy to me. Also, no exact location is listed. Would love for someone to report back on this one.
