What makes it great: I don’t believe that any street can be named the “safest street” in Capitol Hill, thought the police station at the end of the block does help. I would say the same thing for any neighborhood in DC. Living in a city comes with risks and it is important to remain alert wherever you are. However, this street is pristine and centrally located. This english basement has Mexican tile flooring, a wood burning fireplace, and a private brick patio. The apartment is a spacious 1000 square feet.
Why you should think twice: Roommates would need share a bathroom. No central air.
