What makes it great: I will admit that I am sometimes blinded by decor. I will fall in love with a place because I love a rug or paint color and forget to run the numbers. However, I think I got it right with this place. Not only is this place cute, it is super affordable. I also think you have a little patio. This place proves you can make any english basement homey.
