What makes it great: I had so much fun hanging out on the SW Waterfront on Sunday. That area will change drastically in the next few years thanks to the new Wharf development. I came across this sweet little cottage for a great price. This is a two bedroom town house just three blocks from the metro. It features two levels, modern kitchen, balcony, and one dedicated parking spot.
Why you should think twice: I can’t really pictures where this place is. Hopefully it has somewhat of a neighborhood feel.
