What makes it great: I was skeptical when I came across this ad. Could you really get these kinds of upgrades on Swan Street for this price? I think you can. I called the number in the ad and it went to a realtor’s voicemail. This means it can’t be a complete scam right? That kitchen may be worth taking a chance.
