What makes it great: The problem with many studios is that they have cramped kitchens. This studio has a huge kitchen. It is large enough to fit a breakfast table. The rest of the space seems pretty nice too, as long as you are ok with carpet. At this price point, you can’t really complain. Note that this place is probably closer to the H Street neighborhood than Capitol Hill. Regardless, a great find!
Why you should think twice: No central air and the metro is a bit of a hike.
