What makes it great: This house is so beautiful but it is so far. You could pretty easily walk to H Street but getting to a metro will be a little bit more difficult. Despite the location challenges, this is such a great deal for a little two bedroom row house. Recently renovated, the house features a modern kitchen, open floor plan, a well manicured little patio. The row house in on the end so you get natural light on two sides.
Why you should think twice: The living area looks small and as I mentioned, it’s a little secluded.
