What makes it great: This small apartment building just north of Adams Morgan seems to always be on my radar. Another unit has opened up and it is pretty unique. First of all, the apartment has a ton of exposed brick. Though the exposed brick is appealing, the real selling point is the private patio. The patio has a small seating area and is surrounded by small gardening beds. Talk about a city oasis.
Why you should think twice: No pets allowed. The unit appears to be partially underground.
