What makes it great: I love rentals that have a little personality. Usually I would shy away from bold and dark colors in a small rental, especially an english basement, but it works here. I especially love the kitchen setup. Even though this is a basement unit, there are windows in every room because the house is detached. Winning!
Why you should think twice: The exact address is a little unclear. My guess is that it is east of Columbia Heights and south of Petworth.
