What makes it great: This little studio has a ton of selling points. It’s a only a block from the metro, all utilities are included, and you have a huge walk-in closet. Since this appears to be an older building, this has a more traditional studio floor plan with a separate kitchen and dining area. As I have said before, this kind of separation is key when living in a small space. Pet friendly!
Why you should think twice: I am not sure how big this place is. Wonder what the view is like?
