What makes it great: This “two bedroom” is huge. I have seen newer apartment buildings squeeze two bedrooms into roughly 700 square feet. Despite its size, this is actually a one bedroom with den. However, the den is spacious enough to act as a one bedroom. For some reason, I just really love the look of this place. It feels more like a penthouse suite than a cramped two bedroom. The obvious downside is the carpet.
Why you should think twice: Sometimes carpet works. In this case, I like it. I also think this place is a tad overpriced. I would keep an eye on it and see if the price goes down.
