What makes it great: I have past clients that rented in this building and let me tell you, it’s a gem. I was so excited to see another unit come on the market. What makes it special is the layout. Really this is a one bedroom apartment that can function as a two bedroom, hence the extremely low price. The living area is small but certainly workable. One of my favorite features is the little balcony off the kitchen. The current tenants have lived here for four years. Once you see this place, you will understand why.
