What makes it great: The first disclaimer on this Craigslist ad is, “Unit does not come furnished.” I get why. This is one cute apartment. Eclectic and homey, I can imagine this tenant will get people begging for his or her stuff anyway. Beyond the great furnishings, this is a great deal.
