What makes it great: When landlord make promises about making upgrades AFTER you move in you, you are allowed to be suspicious. In this case, the landlord is claiming that the kitchen has been updated but he or she just doesn’t have update photos. Could be sketchy but the reason I am sharing is because the location is so great. It is also a true one bedroom for less than $1600. This could either be a great find or bust.
