What makes it great: I included this place in the Friday roundup last week or the week before. I am surprised to see that it is still available. My guess is that the strict rental requirements have kept many at bay. It is nothing to be afraid of but the owners are looking for someone who has been employed for at least two years and that can provide three references, no friends or families. I know it sounds like a lot of hoops to jump through but you will definitely save in this place in the long run.
