What makes it great: Mintwood Place is one of the prettiest streets in Kalorama. I think this may be a condo building so rentals in this building are rare. This is a two level unit that features a wood burning fireplace and two bathrooms (great if you are in a roommate situation.) There is an in-unit washer and dryer and central air. Walk to the Kalorama Park and 18th Street.
Why you should think twice: Some people don’t care for two level apartments. Some say that it makes the apartment feel smaller because it is essentially cut in half.
