Both these listings seem like the could be good deals but I don’t know for sure. There are some unknowns in both cases. However, I think that it be worth doing some research on both listings should they pan out. There is only one picture of the studio in Mt Pleasant. That is a risk but the price is too good not to at least call. The two bedroom in Woodley Park also has some issues. The price could be $2200 or it could be $2500. There could be one bathroom or there could be two. Again, you have to check it out to be sure. I checked out the websites associated with both listings and they seem legit? Of course there are mixed reviews for the management company, as is the case with most.
