What makes it great: Usually a two bedroom at this price point isn’t very impressive, especially in Columbia Height where prices are still a bit inflated. I was surprised to find this gem on the agent database. The modern color scheme paired with antique features makes this a must see. There is even a second fireplace in one of the bedrooms (though I doubt either are working.) In-unit washer and dryer too.
Why you should think twice: I am dying to check this place out. Maybe the second bedroom is too tiny?
