What makes it great: This place is definitely small but it is workable. I looked at very similar space in Bloomingdale this summer and was surprised that the floor plan actually worked. However, you will probably still need to pare down. This place features a walk-in closets, updated kitchen, and easy access to the metro and 11th Street bars and restaurants. The low selling price paired with low condo fees, makes this place worth a look.
Here is the math: Assuming you put 20% down and take out a 30 year loan with a 4.25 interest rate, your mortgage payment would breakdown to a little over $1000 a month.
