What makes it great: Finally, a thoughtful renovation in Glover! Not only is one bedroom tastefully constructed, it is extremely unique. This is NOT an english basement. This is fully detached carriage house. My guess is that the owners of the house converted their garage into a sweet little rental. There doesn’t appear to be a ton of space but it has everything you need, including a washer and dryer!
Why you should think twice: If my assumptions are correct, it would be interesting to see how close this structure is to the main home.
