What makes it great: This studio is located in a gorgeous building on Belmont Road, only a block from Columbia Road and 18th Street. I have been into the condo building before when looking at a unit for sale. I almost jumped on it but the price tag was just a bit too much to swallow. Luckily, you can rent here. This studio is on the smaller side but it has great features, including a faux fireplace and and updated kitchen. Five windows means tons of light!
Why you should think twice: The studio is small.
