Open House Roundup

The Parisian-inspired apartment in Kalorama? I’m dead. This weekend has plenty of gems. There are some historic places, some projects, and the closest things to a deal I could find. If you are feeling spendy but don’t want a project, I would go for the two bedroom in Bishop’s Gate. Bishop’s Gate is a condo project that emerged from Washington’s oldest parish school. This condo doesn’t have the soaring ceilings and stained glass that others have but it’s an “affordable” way to get into this historic block. If you have a big budget and prefer something more modern, go with the loft on 14th. Before clicking on the listing, I looked at the price tag and said, “This better be the coolest loft on 14th Street on the market.” It just might be. Contact me for times, locations, etc.
