It has been awhile since I have seen some quality rental listings in Shaw. It seems like everyone that migrated to this hip neighhorhood has hunkered down, making inventory low. I was surprised to see not one, but two townhouse options. There are pros and cons to both options. One is more updated but tiny. The other is much bigger but needs some TLC. Both are in fabulous locations. Get ready to battled it out for these places.
