What makes it great: Another find just off of North Capitol. This two bedroom will go quickly due to the low price. At this price point, I would have expected a dark, carpeted space. This place was quite the surprise. The kitchen isn’t super updated but it is nice and open. The floors look almost brand new. Unlike the post earlier today, there is an in-unit washer and dryer.
Why you should think twice: I am a little concerned about the bedrooms. They seem tiny in the pictures but it could just be hard to capture.
