What makes it great: I am pretty sure I have seen Craigslist ads for this building before. It is good to see that they have invested in a quality renovation. The exterior looks freshly painted, the rooftop looks brand new, and the apartments appear to be pretty awesome. This is a small studio but it comes with some nice perks like a washer and dryer and an updated kitchen. I also love the scale of this building. It has the intimate, boutique feel without the high prices. Pet friendly!
