What makes it great: Exposed Brick DC has lead to many cool opportunities for me. I will say that touring the Kennedy Warren is at the top of the list. You have probably noticed this beautiful building right on Connecticut Avenue between Woodley Park and Cleveland Park. When I moved to DC, it was my goal to see inside one day. The experience did not disappoint. If you want to be transported to another era, full of glamour and elegance, go check out this studio. Don’t miss the pool, spa, ballrooms, and shops while you are there. Truly a one of a kind building.
Why you should think twice: This isn’t the hippest building out there. You are buying history and old world elegance.
