What makes it great: DC’s real estate market is tough. If it’s a great deal, there will be multiple offers and landlords/sellers may be less willing to work with you if you have special circumstances. Luckily, not everyone is like that. An EBDC wrote in, anxious to get this place rented. Why? She was planning on moving in herself until she was hit with a financial emergency. The landlords were understanding and let her out of her lease. To say thanks, she wants to help get this place rented ASAP. It often hard to get a read on your landlord, but I can say this one is a good one.
