What makes it great: I don’t know the backstory for this building but Buzzuto has come in and recently renovated several (maybe all?) the units in this building. A good friend went and checked them out and said she was impressed. I have always been a big fan of Cleveland Park so the fact that some modern and affordable units are hitting the market makes me very happy! Aside from the cool interiors, the building has nice amenities and is pet friendly.
Why you should think twice: Shared laundry and a hefty pet fee.
