One strategy for finding the perfect place is hitting some of the larger buildings first. I am referring to the large, professionally managed buildings that have leasing offices. The good thing about these buildings is that they frequently have vacancies. If you keep your eye on a building, the odds are that a unit will pop up over the course of a few months. Here are a few that I came across over the last week. I have to say that I am especially excited about Buzzuto’s latest project in Takoma. Willow & Maple looks precious.
