What makes it great: This apartment has two things going for it: modern appliances and all utilities included. At this price point, it can be tough to find a gourmet kitchen and an open layout. This place has both. One of my favorite things is that all the utilities are included. That makes paying your landlord a breeze. By the way, the landlord lives upstairs. Living in an owner occupied house makes a difference. You can probably assume that they want to take good care of their home and will likely address any concerns quickly. Willing to do a six month or year lease.
