What makes it great: The intersection of Florida Ave and Seaton is one of my favorite little spots. Seaton is a tiny one-way street that is easy to miss. The only reason I found this street was because I was following an open house sign years ago. I immediately thought, “This street is so cute! I bet few people know about it.” Once I saw the price tag on the renovated rowhouse, I knew I was very wrong. Technically this address is on Florida but the entrance is on Seaton. The street alone should sell you but if it doesn’t, the high ceilings and utility package will.
Why you should think twice: This is advertised as a “junior one bedroom” which probably means studio.
