What makes it great: Has anyone checked out this new building in NoMa yet? I am not sure how new it is. Frankly, it is hard to keep up with all the new construction in this area. Brand new or not, this building seems to have potential. The prices are reasonable, the finishes are nice, and it has a cool modern feel. I have to say that I am glad to see dark brown hardwoods. I have to admit that I am getting bored with the “grey everything” design.
Why you should think twice: My guess is that prices change daily here so make sure you know what you are signing up for.
